Cruise lines have important safety and mobility requirements to make sure all guests can be supported during their holiday. If you or anyone in your booking uses a mobility aid (such as a wheelchair, scooter, walker or walking frame), or may need help in an emergency, the cruise line will need this information when the booking is made.
This helps the cruise line confirm whether you can safely reach your muster station and use stairs during an evacuation, as lifts cannot be used in an emergency.
Some cruise lines may also ask guests to complete a short mobility or medical questionnaire before travel. These checks are part of their standard safety process and help ensure boarding can be approved without delays.
If you’re pregnant, each cruise line has its own medical and boarding policies. Please make sure you meet the operator’s requirements and have any documentation they ask for before you travel.
If you’re unsure whether something needs to be disclosed, it’s always best to let us know as we can pass the information to the cruise line so they can assess your booking correctly.
